Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Images (vehicle photos, waste photos, rejection photos) are stored in private AWS S3 buckets and are only accessible via time-limited signed URLs. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Role-based access control (admin, staff, company)
• JWT-based authentication
• Private S3 buckets with signed URL access

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Transaction records and weighing data may be retained for a minimum period as required by applicable regulations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.
